Return Policy

All Australian online returns are done by submitting your return to: enquiries@masiga.com.au. You will then be provided a returns label to send back your items.

If any of these returns require an exchange, your exchange will be processed and you will receive your exchange after this and notified via e-mail.

How Long Do I Have to make a return?

30 days from purchase

Terms of Return

A change of mind does not warrant a return but is applicable for an exchange of another item. Proof of purchase is required with an order number and returned within the 30 day time frame. Once processed an online gift card will be sent with a 60 day time period to use.

Items must be sent back with tags and not worn. Any marks, stains, rips, tears on items will not warrant a return or exchange.

Can I return/Exchange a Sale or Clearance Item?

A Sale or Clearance item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Something I ordered is faulty

If you have purchased an item with a major fault, you haver the right to ask for a replacement or a refund. If the item has a minor fault we reserve the right to offer you a repair instead of a replacement or refund.

Please note all items are quality checked and photographed prior to dispatch and we reserve the right to quality check the return being sent back and reject the return/exchange.

Can I cancel/change my mind on my online order?

No, once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Terms of Sale
