Shipping Policy

At Masiga we provide a few different options:

Local shipping may take 3-5 business days and incurs a cost of $12:00 plus a handling fee of $1:50.

Express Shipping costs $15:95 plus a handling fee of $1:50 and is shipped on the same day before 5pm.

Regional areas may experience a delay in express shipping.

Public holidays and weekends will impact all delivery time frames.

Once an order is placed you will received notification via email along with a notification once your Masiga item is on its way.

All return items will receive a return label to send back items, however this is at the customer's postage expense.
