Faq

  • What if my item is faulty?
    We run quality checks prior to all items being dispatched and keep quality check records of every item. In the event that your item is faulty please email us at: enquiries@masiga.com.au and provide a clear description of the fault with photos. We will endeavour to respond as swiftly as possible. If your item was purchased in store you will need to return in store for a quality assessment.
  • How do I find garment care information?
    All garment care information is provided in the product info description of our items. Please also check the garment care labels on your items once you receive these as well.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Unfortunately due to system constraints we are unable to make any changes to your online orders. Please ensure you check all orders carefully and ensure your delivery details are accurate. Masiga will not be liable for any incorrect address details.
  • What happens after I have placed my online order?
    All customers receive an order email update notifying them that their order has been placed and that it is on its way. Allow for 3-5 working days after dispatch to receive your order.
  • How do I select the right size?
    Please visit our size guidelines on our website and alternatively you may also contact us at: enquiries@masiga.com.au for further assistance. Ensure you take accurate measurements via the size guide and check our product descriptions for fit style prior to placing your orders.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
